CREW REPORTED THAT THE FORWARD CARGO DOOR WOULD NOT CLOSE. MAINTEANCE INSPECTED AND FOUND THE ACTUATOR WAS BROKEN, R & R FORWARD CARGO DOOR ACTUATOR IAW AMM AND OPS CHECKED GOOD.
