DURING HEAVY CHECK, MAINTENANCE FOUND THE L2 DOOR SLIDE CASING WAS UNRAVELING. MAINTENANCE R & R L2 DOOR SLIDE IAW AMM AND OPS CHECKED GOOD. ACFT REMAINS OUT OF SERVICE IN HEAVY CHECK.
