REMOVED DOUBLER, LOCATED AND DRILLED NEW DOUBLER AND FILLER. INSTALLED NEW DOUBLER AND FILLER, IAW ETD2021-170-001535. AIRCRAFT IS STILL CURRENTLY OUT OF SERVICE FOR HEAVY CHECK COMPLETION.
