DURING CLIMBOUT OF IAD, THE CREW REPORTED AN INTERMITTENT, VERY LOUD STATIC IN THE HEADSETS. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE CAPTAINS O2 MASK BOX. SYSTEM OPS CHECKED GOOD FOLLOWING THE REPAIR.
