ON SHUT DOWN MOVED THE RIGHT THRUST LEVER TO THE OFF POSITION AND THE ENGINE DOES NOT SHUT DOWN. REMOVED AND REPLACED THROTTLE QUADRANT IAW 76-11-01 OPS CHECKS GOOD. A/C OK FOR SERVICE, VERIFIED PART EFF.
