SMOKE ON COCKPIT ON TAKEOFF. 200AGL 60-70 PERCENT OF COCKPIT FILLED WITH GREYISH/WHITE SMOKE. RAN QRH & RETURNED TO JFK. ON GROUND RAN EMERGENCY EVACUATION CHECKLIST. ACCIDENTLY PUSHED R ENG FIRE BOTTLE. INSPECTED SEPARATOR COALESCER SOCK, BOTH LT & RT IAW AMM 21-51-13. REMOVED AND REPLACED RT ENG FIRE EXTINGUISHER CONTAINER IAW AMM 26-21-07. A/C OK FOR SERVICE.
