FLAP FAILED IAW FECU READ OUT. FOUND LT INBOUND FLAPS JAMMING AT 8 DEG AND RT PDU MOTOR BRAKE FAILURE. ADJUSTED LEFT INBD FLAP ACTUATORS IAW AMM 27-53-00. ALSO FLAP PDU WAS REPLACED.
