DURING TAKEOFF ROLL, AIRCRAFT PULLED TO THE RIGHT TWICE PRIOR TO ROTATION, NR 2 ENGINE WENT OUT OF FLEX THRUST, ACCOMPLANIED BY NOISE, AND VIBRATION. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE RT ENGINE. OPS CHECKED GOOD.
