VERTICAL POST AT LBL 27 ON THE BULKHEAD AT BS 409+128. FOUND TO HAVE A ONE INCH CRACK AT BOTTOM OF INBD CHANNEL. REPAIRED THE POST IAW REO 601R-53-41-056.
