SEVERAL OVHD INTERIOR EMERGENCY LIGHTS ARE INOP. DETERMINED THAT THE EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY SN:79574 HAS EXTREMELY LOW VOLTAGE. REPLACED BATTERY ASSY. PN:AD2013-1A WITH SN:20563; IAW CRJ-900 ESPM 20-00-02 AND AMM 33-51-17. OPS TEST GOOD IAW CRJ-900 AMM 33-51-00.
