SECONDARY NRC FROM NRC. 00318: AFTER REMOVAL PAINT CRACK ON FWD HINGE OF THE FLAP STEP PLATE AT AFT BAGGAGE BAY DOOR CUTOUT WAS FOUND. FWD HINGE OF THE FLAP STEP PLATE AT AFT BAGGAGE BAY DOOR CUTOUT (MM670-35624-003) WAS REPLACED PER CRJ-900 SRM 51-42-06-001-001-A01.
