FIRST OFFICERS BACKLIGHTING FLICKERED. THEN SMOKE BEGAN TO EMANATE FROM THE FIRST OFFICERS SKIRT PANEL AND GLARESHIELD. EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED, LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. DRIED DASH AND REPAIRED WIRING UNDER DASH. (M)
