ON TAKEOFF RIGHT PROP OVERSPED TO APPROXIMATELY 1460 BEFORE RETURNING TO 1380, JUST SPIKED, BEFORE RETURNING TO NORMAL OPERATION. REMOVED AND REPLACED POWER LEVER CABLE FROM HMU TO PCU. GROUND RUN OPS CHECK NORMAL. (M)
