DURING TEST FLIGHT, RIGHT ENGINE PROP STARTED TO AUTOCOARSEN WITH ITT CLIMB WHEN POWER WAS REDUCED ENGINE DID UNCOMMANDED ENGINE SHUT DOWN. PERFORMED GROUND POWER RUNS/ENGINE OVERSPEED TEST. ALL PARAMETERS NORMAL NO PROBLEMS NOTED. (M)
