DURING A MAINTENANCE VISIT FOUND OPEN HOLE DAMAGE TO FWD ENTRY DOOR INNER SKIN WEB JUST ABOVE WING, DAMAGE EXCEEDED LIMITATION IAW DC-8 SRM. REMOVED DAMAGE, TREATED AREA IAW DC-8 SRM 51-1-8. FABRICATED REPAIR AND INSTALLED IAW DC-8 SRM 51-1-21, 52-3-2 FIG 3, DWG 5615403.
