What was found

DURING A MAINTENANCE VISIT FOUND CORROSION, FUSELAGE, FWD CARGO COMP C-2 DOOR CUT-OUT BETWEEN STA 500 AND STA 560, BL 34 RIGHT AT FITTINGS. DAMAGE EXCEEDED LIMITS IAW DC-8 SRM. REMOVED DAMAGED, TREATED AREA IAW DC-8 SRM 51-1-8. RECEIVED NEW AND INSTALLED FITTINGS IAW DC8 SRM 53-2-0. (CORROSION DAMAGE RECORDED IN EWA CORROSION PROGRAM).
