DURING A MAINTENANCE VISIT FOUND CORROSION, FUSELAGE, TO SHEAR TIE AT STA 1235, BETWEEN LONGERONS 33 RIGHT AND LONGERON 34 RIGHT. DAMAGE EXCEEDED LIMITS IAW DC-8 SRM. REMOVED DAMAGED, TREATED AREA IAW DC-8 SRM 51-1-8. FABRICATED AND INSTALLED ENW SHEAR TIE IAW DC8 SRM 53-2-0 FIGURE 2B. (CORROSION DAMAGE RECORDED IN EWA CORROSION PROGRAM).
