BUSS BAR ON EXTERNAL SUPPLY NEGETIVE POST HAD NO GROUND. BUS BAR HAD MASKING TAPE ON IT WHEN FACTORY HAD PAINTED IT AND INSTALLED WITHOUT REMOVING TAPE. THEREFORE NO GROUND FOR EXTERNAL SUPPLY.
