MCO - MAINTENANCE REPORTED THE EMERGENCY AISLE LIGHTS AT SEAT ROWS 10 AND 11 AND AT THE AFT LEFT OVERWING INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED CHARGER ASSEMBLY NR 3 AND THE BATTERY PACK. OPERATIONAL CHECK NORMAL.
