DURING A MAINTENANCE LINE CHECK THE LEFT OVERWING EMERGENCY EXIT SIGNS WERE FOUND INOPERATIVE.REMOVED AND REPLACED THE LEFT EMERGENCY OVERWING EXIT SIGN BATTERY PACK AND CHARGER ASSEMBLY, OPERATIONAL CHECK NORMAL.
