DURING A MAINTENANCE LINE CHECK THE EMERGENCY TRACK LIGHTS DID NOT ILLUMINATE. FOUND A HOT BATTERY BUS CIRCUIT BREAKER (C222) OPEN IN ALL POSITIONS. REMOVED AND REPLACED C222 BREAKER, OPERATIONAL CHECKS GOOD.
