DURING AN MBV INSPECTION, FOUND DAMAGE TO STRINGER 16L FORWARD OF FRAME 20, AT JOINT DRILL MARKS AND OVERSIZE HOLE. REMOVED DRILL MARKS BY BLENDING. REAMED HOLES, INSTALLED NEW FASTENERS IAW STANDARD SRM PRACTICES.
