What was found
ON FLIGHT 4165 THE CREW REPORTED THE MAIN PASSENGER DOOR EMERGENCY EXIT SIGN WAS INOPERABLE. THE AIRCRAFT WAS REMOVED FROM SERVICE. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE NR 1 INVERTER IAW AMM 33-50-11. THE OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS GOOD. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
