ON FLIGHT 3705 THE CREW REPORTED THE CABIN FIRE EXTINGUISHER WAS LOW. THE AIRCRAFT WAS REMOVED FROM SERVICE. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE FORWARD FIRE EXTINGUISHER IAW CRJ-700 AMM STANDARD MAINTENANCE PRACTICES. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
