DURING MAINTENANCE INSPECTION FOUND THE RIGHT VERTICAL STABILIZER TO FUSELAGE ANGLE AT FRAME 76 CRACKED. THE AIRCRAFT WAS REMOVED FROM SERVICE. REPAIRED IAW EO EM-53MR-1281, PART B. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
