ON FLIGHT 4233 THE CREW REPORTED THE RETENSION LATCH ON THE FIRST OFFICER'S FLASHLIGHT HOLDER WOULD NOT HOLD THE FLASHLIGHT IN POSITION TO CHARGE. THE AIRCRAFT WAS REMOVED FROM SERVICE. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE FIRST OFFICER'S FLASHLIGHT 33-50-16 AMM EMB-140. THE OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS GOOD. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
