What was found
ON FLIGHT 4507 THE CREW REPORTED THE CAPTAIN’S FLASHLIGHT WAS INOPERABLE. THE AIRCRAFT WAS REMOVED FROM SERVICE. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE FLASHLIGHT IAW EMB 140 AMM 33-50-16. THE OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS GOOD. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
