What was found
DURING MAINTENANCE INSPECTION FOUND THE CAPTAIN’S FLASHLIGHT INOPERABLE. THE AIRCRAFT WAS REMOVED FROM SERVICE. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE FLASHLIGHT IAW AMM# 33-50-16. THE OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS GOOD. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
