COCKPIT DOOR CAME OFF HINGES AND WAS HELD BY LANYARD DURING TAKEOFF. (EMERGENCY DECLARED) REMOVED AND REPLACED COCKPIT DOOR HINGE PIN AS PER CMM 52-51-01. COCKPIT DOOR OPENS AND CLOSES NORMALLY. DOOR LOCK OPS CHECK GOOD. REF AMM 52-51-03.
