L1 OUTER DOOR HANDLE WAS REPORTED VERY HARD TO PULL UP. MADE DOOR DIFFICULT TO OPEN. PERFORMED GVI OF ADHESIVE TAPE ON L1 DOOR ARMING COVER IAW AMM 25-23-00. NO DEFECTS.
