EMERGENCY EXIT SIGN COVER FELL OFF ON LANDING CREW REPORTED EXIT SIGN FELL OFF ON LANDING. UPON ARRIVAL FOUND AFT GALLEY EXIT LOCATOR LENSE UNATTACHED AND BACK TABS BROKEN. RAR AFT GALLEY EXIT LOCATOR LENSE AS REQUIRED. NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME.
