DFW - FLT 3514 - RIGHT EMERGENCY EXIT AT ROW 8 FELL INTO THE AIRCRAFT JUST PRIOR TO PARKING. CREW REPORTED THE HANDLE WAS IN THE CLOSED POSITION. ADJUSTED THE DOOR LATCHING MECHANISM. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE. (X)
