TAIL RH HORIZONTAL UPPER FRONT SPAR SLIDING SEAL IS CRACKED. REMOVED RH HORIZONTAL UPPER FRONT SPAR SLIDING SEAL. IAW AMM 53-31-31. NEW SLIDING SEAL NEEDS TO BE INSTALLED. REMOVED AND REPLACED TAIL RH HORIZONTAL UPPER FRONT SPAR SLIDING SEAL IAW AMM 53-31-31. OPS CHECK GOOD.
