THE FORWARD TAIL CONE FAIRING IS DELAMINATED WITH DAMAGE TO THE FACE SHEETS WITH FIBERS AND HONEYCOMB EXPOSED AND CONTAMINATED WITH HYDRAULIC FLUID. LOCATED BS 1192; 4 INCHES LT OF TOP. CRACK LENGTH, L=4' W=2.5'. TAIL CONE R & R WITH A NEW ONE.
