NO OTHER ABNORMAL INDICATIONS OR ENG FIRE LIGHT OBSERVED IN COCKPIT. ENG START LEVER NR 2 NEVER MOVED FROM CUT-OFF POSITION. R & R NR 2 ENGINE STARTER PER M/M 80-11-01. PERFORMED NR 2 ENGINE START PER M/M 71-00-00. OPS CHECKS NORMAL.
