RIGHT HORIZONTAL STAB, FWD UPPER SLIDING SEAL CRACKED. REMOVED THE CRACKED RT HORIZONTAL STAB SLIDING SEAL & REPLACED WITH A NEW UPPER SEAL PLATE. C/W STABILIZER-TO-BODY UPPER FRONT SPAR SLIDING SEAL INSTALLATION IAW AMM 53-31-31-400-802 UP TO STEP 3.F(20).
