NUMBER 6 SLAT HAS A CRACK IN THE LE SKIN, FWD OF THE NOSE BEAM, DIRECTLY FWD OF THE ACTUATOR ATTACH LUG IN THE CENTER. ACCOMPLISHED HFEC INSPECTION OF THE DAMAGED AREA, REMOVED NR 6 SLAT IAW AMM 27-81-21. INSTALLED NR 6 SLAT IAW AMM 27-81-21.
