STRONG ODOR FROM FWD LAVATORY AS WELL AS BROWN FLUID ON LAVATORY FLOOR. CLEANED AREA SHUT OFF WATER TO FWD LAV. NO FURTHER LEAKS NOTED. FOUND THE FWD LAV WASTE LINE WIGGINS CLAMP DETACHED FROM WASTE LINE. CLEANED, INSPECTED, AND INSTALLED NEW O-RINGS AND WIGGINS CLAMP IAW AMM 38-32-00. LEAK CHECKED GOOD.
