SEAT 14F WILL NOT STAY IN UPRIGHT POSITION. SEAT BACK WILL STAY UPRIGHT WHEN NOT OCCUPAID;SEAT NOT USABLE. OK TO CONTINUE PER MEL 25-6-01 ALL 3 SEATS INOP 14 DEF. FOUND SEAT 14F TO BE MISSING SPACER; WASHER AND NUT ON THROUGH BOLT FOR BACK ASSEMBLY. REINSTALLED THROUGH BOLT FOR BACK ASSEMBLY IAW CMM 25-23-46. OPS CHECK GOOD. NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED.
