RIGHT VAPOR BARRIER ATTACH ANGLE CRACKED RBL 8 AND RBL 34, BS 663. EVALUATED RT VAPOR BARRIER ATTACH ANGLE, FOUND CRACKED IN TWO PLACES. FOUND TO BE BEYOUND LIMITS IAW SRM 51-10-10-1A-2. REMOVED AND REPLACED RT VAPOR BARRIER UPPER ATTACH ANGLE IAW SRM 51-40-02, DWG 111A1000, REV-, AND DWG 111A1000, REV B.
