LEFT OTBD FLAP, INBD CLOSURE RIB CARTRIDGE ASSY ON AFT FLAP HAS A CRACK INDICATION WHILE PERFORMING HFEC OPEN HOLE ON THE LOWER SURFACE FORWARD FASTENER HOLE. REMOVED AND REPLACED LT OTBD FLAP IAW 27-51-22. OPS CHECKS GOOD. INSPECTED PER AMM 27-51-22-401-NG OTBD AFT FLAP. REMOVAL/INSTALLATION - PERMANENT.
