FWD SLIDE EMERGENCY LIGHT NEAR L1 DOOR IS INOPERATIVE. R & R FWD SLIDE EMERGENCY LIGHT PACK ASSY FUSES IAW SWPM 20-91-00. WIRE W3142-01111-16 FOUND TO BE CHAFED. REPAIRED AND SPLICED WIRE BETWEEN CONNECTOR D0096P AND D11074 IAW WDM 33-51-12 AND SWPM 20-10-13. OPS CHKD GOOD.
