TAXING TO RUNWAY ANOTHER AIRCRAFT NOTICED FLAMES OUT OF NR 1 ENGINE. N1 WAS AT 45%. PERFORMED INSPECTION OF THE NR 1 ENGINE IAW AMM 71-00-00-800-803-F00, NO DAMAGE OR ABNORMALITIES FOUND. PERFORMED ENGINE RUN IAW 71-00-00, OPS CHKD NORMAL.
