CRACK LOWER SURFACE OF RT WING LEADING EDGE SLAT 7 NOSE SKIN AT ACTUATOR LOCATION AROUND THE FASTENER. PERFORMED A REPAIR ON LOWER SURFACE OF LEADING EDGE SLAT 7 NOSE SKIN IAW SRM 57-42-01-2R, REPAIR 8, & DWG 114A5020, REV A, SHEET 38.
