ECS BAY SUPPORT TEE FITTING CRACKED AT BS 649.9, RBL 40.9. LOCATED AND DRILLED A REPLACEMENT TEE FITTING IAW SRM 51-40-02, TREATED IAW SRM 51-20-01, & PRIMED IAW SOPM 20-41-02. REMOVED & INSTALLED A NEW SUPPORT TEE FITTING IAW SRM 51-40-02.
