RIGHT HORIZONTAL STAB, FWD UPPER SLIDING SEAL WAS CRACKED VERTICALLY ON THE FWD AND AFT SIDES, PARALLEL TO SEAL TRACK. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE RT HORIZONTAL STAB SLIDING SEAL IAW AMM 53-31-31.
