AFTER LANDING, EXPERIENCED POOR BRAKING ACTION. ALSO, BRAKES WOULD NOT SET AT GATE. INSPECTED AND FOUND AN ADEL CLAMP UNDER F/O BRAKE PEDAL PANEL. REMOVED AND BRAKES OPERATED NORMALLY.
