RIGHT OUTBOARD STAB AND VERTICAL STAB DEICE LIGHTS ILLUMINATED DURING CLIMBOUT. TRIED BOTH TIMER 1 AND TIMER 2 SEVERAL TIMES. RETURNED TO SEA. REMOVED RIGHT OUTBOARD PRESSURE SWITCH CANNON PLUG, CLEANED AND REINSTALLED. OPS CHECK GOOD ON GROUND.
