JUST PRIOR TO TOUCHDOWN RECEIVED A FLAPS FAIL CAUTION MESSAGE. FLIGHT CONTROL PAGE SHOWED FLAPS SET AT 45. FLAPS WOULD NO RETRACT AFTER LANDING. REMOVED AND REPLACED LEFT BPSU. OPS CHECK GOOD.
