FLAPS WILL NOT RETRACT FULLY. OUTBOARD FLAPS REMAIN AT ABOUT 10 DEGREES. RETURNED TO SLC. REMOVED AND REPLACED RIGHT OUTBOARD FLAP ACTUATOR WITH SERVICEABLE PART IAW MM 27-50-09. OPS AND LEAK CHECK GOOD.
